讨厌假期...!!!

每当假期时,我都但心一件事情。那就是我的体重。每次假期,我的体重都会上升。这次也不例外,我竟然有胖了两公斤。真是的!
开学后,又要积集减肥。真羡慕那些人,有那么轻的体重。即使,他们吃多油的食物,也不会胖。不像我,吃多一点油的食物,就整整胖了两公斤。除此之外,我还有水肿的问题。太过分了!真的很想瘦lerh...o(∩_∩)o...哈哈!!!好笑吧!到底还有什么方法...?能让我瘦下来!我也不知道...=.=''' 不过,我是有几种减肥方法!我以前FORM2时,蛮胖的啦!可是,我就是用我的方法来减肥的...(^_^)所以,现在比较瘦...o(∩_∩)o...哈哈!如果,有减肥的方法,一定要让我知道哦^_^...

    tell u my methods bah..wish can help u...
    at morning must eat la...just don.t eat too much.eat until u feel full but not very full..
    in afternoon,u can just only eat bread arh..but mot rice...and cannot eat snack...
    at night,u can don.t want eat dinner,but u can eat b4 6p.m or u can juz drink some Milo or milk too.or b4 dinner u can eat 1 apple 1st then just u have dinner.u will feel full very fast when u have ur dinner..then u will less ur eating..actually dinner will let us fat very easily...so don't eat too much when dinner..
    Wish this methods can help u to lose ur weight.
